Return & Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Original invoice and packaging are mandatory.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
• Engraved or resized items.
• Gold coins, bars, and special investment products.

Eligible products can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

• Returns are not applicable for cash refunds on jewellery purchases.
• Buyback value will be calculated based on the current gold rate at the time of return.
• Making charges and taxes are non-refundable.
• Deductions may apply as per company policy.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.
