Return & Exchange Policy
At Shree Samarth Jewellers, we ensure every jewellery purchase meets the highest standards of quality. Please review our return, exchange, and buyback policy below.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original invoice and packaging are mandatory.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Items
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery.
- Engraved or resized items.
- Gold coins, bars, and special investment products.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Return & Buyback Policy
- Returns are not applicable for cash refunds on jewellery purchases.
- Buyback value will be calculated based on the current gold rate at the time of return.
- Making charges and taxes are non-refundable.
- Deductions may apply as per company policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.
