We value your time and the consultant's preparation efforts. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Tarot, Numerology, or Vastu appointment, please do so at least **24 hours prior** to the scheduled slot. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled to an open slot free of charge.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment time, or if you do not show up/answer the call at the scheduled slot (after 10 minutes of waiting), it will be considered a no-show. No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as the reserved slot could not be allocated to other clients in need.
In rare instances where Dr. Rajeshhwari Deshmukh must cancel an appointment due to emergencies or leaves, you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to reschedule to the earliest convenient date or receive a full 100% refund of the booking amount.
Due to the spiritual and highly personalized nature of crystal remedies, sacred yantras, and blessed pendants, **all product sales are final**. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical products unless they arrive damaged during transit. In case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will initiate a replacement shipment.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment gateway account within **5 to 7 business days**.
