All purchases are final. No refunds, adjustments, or rescheduling options are offered for cancellation, missed appointments, or requested urgency. Read the terms below carefully.
Once purchased, your sessions, consultations, and classes are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendible. No refund, fee adjustment, or rescheduling will be provided under any circumstances, including canceled or missed sessions.
All services are waitlisted. Because energy readings and healing are time-consuming and personalized processes, no refunds will be made if a client demands their service on an urgent basis after booking.
Clients are requested to be on time for all scheduled sessions. If you are late, the session cannot be extended and will end at the originally appointed time. If you miss the session entirely, it will not be rescheduled, and no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.
Please note that the consultant is under no obligation and is not liable to call, message, or remind the client of upcoming sessions. Tracking and attending sessions is the sole responsibility of the client.
Devine Pathway reserves the full right to immediately discontinue courses, workshops, or services to you if you are found copying, replicating, distributing, or plagiarizing our content, course materials, or teachings in any manner. No refunds will be made in such cases.
If you exhibit disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, Devine Pathway reserves the full right to remove you from the live meeting, class, or consultation immediately. No refunds will be provided.
It is mandatory to keep your video camera turned on during all live video call sessions and online classes. If you cannot do so for any reason, please do not join the class or session.
