We strive to ensure that all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in design, weight, or color may occur due to craftsmanship and screen display differences.

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Additional time and charges may apply for customization or repairs.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Chittaranjan Gorakhnath Ashtekar Saraf & Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
